How it works

Fulfilment service

1. Receiving Products

We will set you up as a customer in our order fulfillment warehouse and integrate our IT platform with your webshop. This provides you with full access to your inventory data 24/7.

We receive and inspect your inventory, ensuring that it is registered in detail.

2. Warehousing and Storage

You can choose whether your goods should be stored together or placed wherever there is space in our warehouse.

We maintain constant insight of your inventory, which you can access whenever you wish.

3. Pick and Pack

Pick and pack is the part of the process where we fulfill a received order. Since we are integrated with your webshop, we receive your customer’s order at the same time you do. We handle it by picking the order from the warehouse and ensuring that it is packed securely and according to the preferences and guidelines we have agreed upon.

4. Shipping

Once an order is packed, it needs to be shipped. Store-Pit has agreements with all relevant carriers and can optimize your shipping costs. All shipments are trackable, so both you, we, and the customer can monitor the package’s journey, providing reassurance for everyone.

Store-Pit ships packages not only within Denmark but also globally.

5. Returns

Store-Pit receives and handles all return items. However, our primary focus is on preventing returns by ensuring excellent customer service and minimizing picking errors. This way, customer orders are packed and shipped with high accuracy, significantly reducing the number of returns.

In the event of a return, the process typically involves registering and restocking all returned items. If the customer wants a different product, it will be picked and shipped. If the customer requests a refund or something else, a notification will be sent to you, who will then handle the communication unless otherwise agreed upon.

Store-Pit can manage the entire process this depends on the decided agreement.

6. EXTRA SERVICES

We are happy to provide additional services for your customers and your brand.

  • We offer personalized gifts with your customer’s name printed on your products.
  • We can handwrite personal cards for your customers.
  • We can even act as your outsourced customer service team, including handling e-mails and processing orders. You only pay for the hours we use, rather than having someone full-time.
  • We can support you with ideas on how to improve your webshop and develop your online sales channel.
